DESCRIPTION
This is Ketchum's first housing development designed and built to provide affordable housing for local
residents. Six buildings face into a large common area, which includes a spa, community clubhouse, and
children's play area. The buildings included a mixture of 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium units and is
located not far from the Warm Springs ski lodge.
